iBestuur: Privacy Enhancing Technology: about being able and willing

Freek Bomhof from TNO outlines in iBestuur an overview of the emergence of Privacy Enhancing Technologies and discusses the National Innovation Center Privacy Enhancing Technologies. He writes:

“If we are allowed to use data, can we also protect that data processing in such a way that we prevent unwanted leakage? We will have to, the GDPR says so. That this is not so simple may be clear. The National Innovation Center Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PET) can help the government with this.”
